Description
A joint committee which requires Brighton & Hove City councillor representation. The PATROL Adjudication Joint Committee enables Councils to exercise their traffic management functions jointly with the other councils. This includes appointing independent adjudicators to the Traffic Penalty Also sits on the Bus Lane Adjudication Service Joint Committee
