Issue details - Transport Strategy - Covid19 emergency response to Transport and Reallocating Road Space

This report seeks to identify transport network measures that the city can take to support recovery from the Covid-19 emergency. The report responds to the request made by Policy & Resources Committee on 30th April 2020 that officers urgently explore how the work of the Local Transport Plan and associated council transport policy can be rendered more flexible, to respond to the impact of the Covid19 emergency.
