Designating the use of Community Protection Notices (CPN) to local Registered Social Landlords
Local Authorities can designate the use of
Community Protection Notices to Housing Associations in its area.
We have 4 or 5 local housing associations who have shown an
interest in being given this power. Community Protection Notices
can be used to address such issues as noise nuisance, graffiti,
overgrown gardens, fly-tipping etc
