Neighbourhoods and Communities Portfolio – Proposed Field Officer Role Business Case
This is the business case for the proposed
Field Officer role which is part of the wider Neighbourhoods and
Communities Portfolio. The business case focuses on how we deliver
enforcement and inspection functions across services to reduce the
costs to the council and give a better service to our communities
across the City.
This report was presented to NICE Committee on the 27th November
2017. The report and was discussed and deferred to the NICE
Committee on 22 January 2018. The proposed implementation dates and
timetables detailed in the report and recommendations have been
adjusted to reflect this deferral. The risks have also been
updated.
