Supporting Carers - Carers Rapid Needs Assessment; Carers Strategy; and Carers Commissioning Intensions
This report provides an overview of the
current joint work being undertaken in partnership between the City
Council; Clinical Commissioning Group; and key Voluntary Sector
Carers Services, to support all unpaid carers across the City. The
report highlights the recently developed Carers Rapid Needs
Assessment, completed by Public Health; the Carers Commissioning
Strategy - THINK CARER, supporting Carers through an increasingly
Carer Friendly City; and finally the Carer Commissioning Intensions
for delivering the strategy.
