Rottingdean Parish Neighbourhood Plan - Decision Statement

The examination into the Rottingdean Neighbourhood Plan has now been completed and the examiner’s report has been published. Subject to a number of modifications, the Examiner recommends that the plan can proceed to local referendum. The examiner also concludes that the
referendum should extend to all persons entitled to vote who are resident within the Rottingdean Parish Neighbourhood Area.
