Decisions for issue Listed Building Heritage Partnership Agreement for the University of Sussex

RESOLVED: That the Committee –

(i)             Agreed entering into an updated Listed Building Heritage Partnership Agreement with the University of Sussex and Historic England for land at the University of Sussex under the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) (Heritage Partnership Agreements) (England) Regulations 2014;

(ii)            Delegated authority to sign the Listed Building Heritage Partnership Agreement to the Head of Planning.
