Decisions for issue Local Discretionary Social Fund Review

(1)               That the Local Discretionary Social Fund Policy as amended and set out in Appendix 1 to the report, to take effect from 1^st April 2014 be agreed; and

(2)               That the planned funding approach to enable a scheme to continue beyond 2014/15 as set out in paragraphs 4.14 - 4.21 of the report be noted.
