Agenda item - Call Over

(a)          Items 7 – 15 will be read out at the meeting and Members invited to reserve the items for consideration.

(b)          Those items not reserved will be taken as having been received and the reports’ recommendations agreed.

3.1       The Democratic Services Officer read out Items 4 to 15 on the agenda. It was noted that any items appearing under items 4 – 6 were automatically reserved. All other items appearing on the agenda were automatically reserved for discussion with the exception of Item 7 - “Constitutional Matters – Tourism, Equalities, Communities and Culture Committee”.

3.2       It was noted that as this Item was not called for discussion that it was therefore deemed that the Officer recommendations were agreed s set out in the report.
