That the Audit & Standards Committee:

1)     Noted the updated findings of the auditor (Grant Thornton) in their updated Audit Findings Report (AFR).

2)    Approved the revised, audited Statement of Accounts for 2018/19.

3)    Approved the revised Letter of Representation.
