The Board will review the minutes of the last meeting held on the 2^nd February 2016, decide whether these are accurate and if so agree them (copy attached).

60.1         The minutes of the Health & Wellbeing Board meeting held on the 2^nd February 2016 were agreed and signed by the Chair as a correct record subject to the following amendments:

(i)        The inclusion of Dr. Mack as being present at the meeting;

(ii)      The correct spelling of Jenny Oates

(iii)     Paragraph 53.5, the reference to GP’s should be clarified to be GP partners were due to retire in the next five years.
