Agenda item - OPC budget

Lynne Shields has taken on the role of Treasurer for the OPC. At present they were working with the council to identify its budget and how to gain control over this budget. This would enable them to make cost effective decisions about issues such as insurance and their annual report. They would like to be able to include a financial statement in the next annual report In addition the OPC had a small grant from the Hedgecock Fund to print materials.
