Application for a Street Trader Consent, Upper Gardner Street

3.12 The Panel considered an appeal against a refusal to grant deemed consent for a Street Trading License for Upper Gardner Street Market.
3.13 RESOLVED – The Panel have carefully considered the circumstances of this appeal, noted the Licensing Officer’s report, the information supplied by Sussex Police and the case of the appellant. The Panel has agreed to issue a Street Trader License subject to the Council’s standard street trader conditions. ThePanel particularly notes that the applicant has worked hard to address his issues with alcohol and the Panel believes the previous incidents will have no bearing on his ability to trade.
3.14 RESOLVED – To issue the Panel decision in Part I and maintain the discussion in Part II of the minutes.
