Decision:
1. That the Housing Cabinet Member approve the tendering for a Security Wheel Clamping Service within Brighton & Hove. This will enable these services to commence on 31 January 2009.
2. That the comments as made by the Housing Management Consultative Committee be noted.

The Cabinet Member considered a report of Director of Adult Social Care & Housing that requested approval of a request to tender for a contract to provide a secure clamping service for Housing Revenue Account (HRA) managed car parking and garage areas let to licence holders. Permission was also sought that other directorates who would benefit from clamping on their land, for example office car parks, could use the service (for copy see minute book). |
