The Cabinet Member considered a report of the Director of Adult Social Care & Housing concerning the council’s review of options in the Government’s Housing Green Paper. With the support of external financial and legal expertise from Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC) and Trowers & Hamlins (Trowers), the detailed assessment of options for meeting the council’s strategic objectives and development of a proposal for the council to set up a viable Local Delivery Vehicle (LDV) that meets these objectives had been completed (for copy see minute book).
