Issue - items at meetings - Brighton & Hove City Council’s Winter Service Plan 2009-10

(1)         That the Cabinet Member approves the Brighton & Hove City Council Winter Service Plan 2009/10

62.1         The Cabinet Member considered a report of the Director of Environment concerning the council’s highway Winter Service Plan for 2009/10 (for copy see minute book)

62.2         The Cabinet Member stated that he was pleased to present the council’s winter service plan for this coming winter. The plan outlines what the council does during cold weather and how the service was carried out. The plane had been formulated over the years by officers with experience and dedication to providing the best possible winter service.

62.3         RESOLVED - That having considered the information and the reasons set out in the report, the Cabinet Member accepted the following recommendation:

(1)         That the Brighton & Hove City Council Winter Service Plan 2009/10 be approved.
