(1) That the Cabinet Member for Environment notes the content of draft PPS4 Planning for Prosperous Economies and agrees the proposed response on draft PPS4 to the Department of Communities and Local Government as set out in Appendix B of this report.
Reasons for the decision:
To ensure there is detailed, up to date, clear advice to all those with an interest in the development process on the economy and relevant town centre issues.
