Purpose:
Introduction of dual charging system for
Planning Performance Agreement (PPAs). This will involve the
introduction of a high rate charge for fast track PPAs, alongside
the standard charge, for when an applicant is seeking an
accelerated timeline for advice and planning application decision.
The higher rate will reflect the cost of agency and consultancy
staff required to deliver this work.
Decision:
1) That the Committee grants delegated authority to the Executive Director Economy Environment & Culture to agree the fast track fee for Planning Performance Agreements based on the hourly cost of additional agency/consultancy planning, transport and other specialist staff support.
