Purpose:
To consider objections and other
representations to the published TRO, which is required prior to
the implementation of new traffic signals at the Eastern
Road/Arundel Road junction, in accordance with the requirements of
the planning permission granted for the 3Ts/RSCH
development.
Decision:
1) That the Committee (having taken into account of all the duly made representations and objections) agree to approve the Brighton & Hove Various Controlled Parking Zones Consolidation Order 2015 Amendment No.X 201X (reference number: TRO-19-2016).
