(1) That the Cabinet Member endorses the publication of the first Parking Services Annual Report 2008/9 for submission to the Department for Transport and Traffic Penalty Tribunal under the provisions of the Traffic Management Act 2004.
Reasons for the decision:
To provide the public and stakeholders with information on the performance, aims and objectives of parking services and to meet the Council’s new legal obligations under the Traffic Management Act 2004.
